2. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as communicated during the booking process.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment must be made before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed.

  • Modes of Payment: Payments can be made via bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or other methods specified on our website.

  • Treksaga reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of non-payment or delayed payment.


3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by the Customer:

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date will incur a minimal cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the departure may result in partial or no refund, depending on the booking.

  • Cancellation by Treksaga:

    • Treksaga reserves the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or low bookings.

    • In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services (e.g., flight tickets, and hotel bookings) may be non-refundable as per third-party policies.


4. Travel Insurance

  • Treksaga strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

  • Treksaga is not liable for any losses incurred by customers who fail to secure travel insurance.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate personal information, including passport details and contact information.

  • Health and Fitness: Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake the booked tour or activities.

  • Behavior: Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior during the trip may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.


6. Itinerary Changes

  • Treksaga reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, road closures, or government restrictions.

  • In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.


7. Liability and Limitations

  • Treksaga acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators, etc.) and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from their services.

  • Treksaga is not responsible for delays, losses, accidents, or damages caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters or political unrest.


8. Force Majeure

  • Treksaga shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.


9. Use of Website

  • Content Ownership: All content on the Treksaga website, including text, images, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Treksaga.

  • Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from misusing the website by hacking, spreading malware, or engaging in any fraudulent activities.
